Our children will need a solid foundation of technology skills for their future. Whether they end up pursuing a career in technology or not, they will all need technology skills to learn, bank, shop (stream TV). Whilst for our young children, this is years away, by embedding this knowledge now, we’re helping this become easier as they travel through the educational system.

The technology skills they’ll need are diverse so I focus solely on computational thinking. I also know that children like to play, move, use their hands. I also know that not everyone has access to technology like laptops, phones to help with these skills. That’s why my activities are play based, screen-free to break down the digital divide and get to the core concepts that will help your child build foundations for their later life.
